The service request can be placed through Magal’s application which can be downloaded via Google Playstore or Apple Appstore. Once signing up with your personal details, you can search for specific services of your need in the “search bar”. Once that is done, a preferred time slot is needed to be picked from your end to confirm the request.

You can directly pay to the service professional once your service request is completed.

Every Magal’s service professional goes through a screening process where they need to showcase their expertise. We also keep a strong eye on the customer reviews and ratings history for each professional which helps us in assigning the most appropriate and skilled personnel for your work.

Currently, Magal is offering services in the Brampton, Ontario area. However, we are committed to expanding our offering to other cities soon.

To become a certified Magal partner, you need to register yourself on our application by providing your personal details, license and other certifications which will make you eligible to enroll your services with us. However, to complete the authorization process, you need to go through a proper screening process which will be done by our Magal experts to make sure you are ready to offer your services through partnering with us.

In such cases, the customer has to pay for the purchased items that are required to be installed or availed during the service.

Magal offers 22 service categories currently to its customers. However, if your service doesn’t fall under this list, do send us an email at [email protected] and our partner customer support team will escalate the request and try to find the best possible solution for it.

Magal allows its customers to place food, grocery and other items order in advance with Magal’s partnered restaurants and shops via our application, making the deliverables ready to be dispatched even before the customer arrives at the stores and eateries.

Each time you place a service request with Magal and we successfully complete it, your Magal point card will be credited with a few points which you can redeem by visiting any partnered store of ours, purchasing your desired items based on the value of those points.

Shared list feature lets a family or group make a list which can be accessed by any participant of the group. The list is updated in real time, so if your group member is at a store and you add or delete items to the list, it will be updated right away. This feature will help families save multiple trips to stores.
